Modular Framework
The Optim DAO Stack is constructed from a series of independent, interoperable modules, each dedicated to a specific governance function (e.g., snapshot voting, treasury management, proposal execution). DAOs can assemble these modules in various configurations to create a governance framework tailored to their unique requirements.
Why It Matters:
Scalability and Flexibility: Start small, then add or remove functionalities as your DAO grows. For example, a young DAO might begin with just snapshot voting and later integrate treasury management and proposal execution once it manages larger funds and more complex decision making.
Reduced Complexity: By only implementing what you need, you avoid overloading your system with unnecessary features, lowering the cognitive and operational load on developers and participants.
Future Proofing: As the ecosystem evolves, new modules can be introduced without disrupting existing workflows, ensuring that the DAO’s governance capabilities can adapt over time.
